By accessing or using Nectios services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Nectios provides a white-label SaaS platform for community management, events, and CRM. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Community platform features
  • Event management tools
  • CRM and membership management
  • Learning management system
  • Related support and services

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful or malicious content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Interfere with the platform's operation
  • Use the service for spam or unsolicited communications

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

Nectios and its licensors retain all rights to the platform, including software, designs, and documentation.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.

7. Data Protection

Your use of data collected through our platform must comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nectios shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Nectios harmless from claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms immediately.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
